Superintendent

To meet the demands of the ever growing industry of environmental construction, Backwater is seeking project superintendents to join the team.

• Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead stream and wetland restoration construction crew from initial site visit though full implementation of restoration projects

  • Work with Backwater’s Project Managers to coordinate equipment needs, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Operate Equipment and preform occasional manual labor

  • Provide a safe and clean work environment

  • Keep daily time and equipment records
